JEE Main, NEET 2020 New Exam Date Update

The Human Resource Development (HRD) Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank will today (5 may 2020) go live for the second time this month. The live interaction is scheduled to start at noon. It is anticipated that the HRD minister will talk about the exam dates for the national level competitive exams – JEE Main and NEET.
JEE Advanced Exam Dates 2020
Students may please note that JEE Advanced 2020 exam dates would be announced by Indian Institute of Technology, IIT Delhi. The dates are likely to be announced after the JEE Main 2020 exam dates are announced and the admit cards are released. Tentatively, however, it can be suggested that JEE Advanced 2020 would be conducted after about a month of JEE Main 2020 examinations are conducted.
Earlier, the minister had announced that these exams will be held in May-end, however, with lockdown being extended till May 17, the exams are expected to be postponed further. Over 9 lakh students have registered to appear for JEE Main and over 15.93 lakh have applied for NEET 2020, as per the National Testing Agency (NTA).
He is also likely to deliberate on whether or not the syllabus for the upcoming academic session will be reduced.This was among one of the suggestions raised by the Delhi Education Minister Manish Sisodia in the meeting of state education ministers with the Union HRD minister, now lets go threw the important points in the discussion held in the live session.

Replying to a query on CBSE exam dates, HRD Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal said that the decision on board exams will be taken taking cognizance of the situtaions on coronavirus pandemic. The dates will be announced soon
When will colleges open? Asks a student
HRD Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal said that the UGC calendar has suggested to conduct the college exams from July 1 and to start new session in August. "College level exams to be held from July 1 and will try to declare result by July-end so that the session can begin from August. We have asked institutes to be aware about situation in their area. In case an area is still affected in July, they can promote students on basis of previous and internal exams," Nishank said.
Academic syllabus for next session reduced, says HRD minister
Due to covid-19, as the academic schedule will start late, the ministry has asked central, state board to reduce syllabus for the commencing academic session, said HRD minister Ramesh Pokhriyal
CBSE 2020 Exam dates
CBSE Board Exam 2020 Dates would be announced within a couple of days. The announcement is likely within a day or two.
Exam Dates of JEE Main & NEET 2020?
JEE Main 2020 has been postponed till July. As per the announcement, JEE Main 2020 would be now conducted from July 18 to July 23. The JEE Advanced 2020 examination would be conducted in the month of August. NEET 2020 Exam would be conducted on July 26.
